What you will do

  • Drive sales across the EB business, including new business and existing client cross-sell/upsell.
  • Grow and lead a team of sales professionals, including New Business and Client Managers.
  • Create a sales community across EB teams, improving capabilities and maintaining best practices.
  • Manage sales pipeline and reporting, ensuring consistency and accuracy in CRM data.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and marketing to identify referral opportunities and drive sales campaigns.
  • Coach and mentor junior talent to build a robust sales engine and succession plan.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in a growth role within the employee benefits industry.
  • Proven ability to manage and exceed annual financial targets in excess of £15m.
  • Successful background in scaling and building high-performing growth teams in the EB sector.
  • Strong understanding of the UK human capital market, including benefits, HR solutions, and Payroll systems.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and experience managing complex negotiations.
  • Data-driven approach to operationalising sales functions.
