What you will do
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and StackAdapt.
- Manage and scale 7-figure monthly budgets to drive high-quality mobile installs and first-time deposits.
- Lead creative strategy and collaborate with the art team to produce high-performing static and video assets.
- Execute a structured A/B testing framework to identify winning audiences, placements, and creatives.
- Leverage AppsFlyer for event mapping, attribution, and cohort analysis.
- Monitor platform changes and proactively adapt strategies to maintain cost efficiency and revenue growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in media buying or performance marketing.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize large-scale budgets with measurable performance impact.
- Deep expertise in campaign optimization, bid strategy, and audience segmentation.
- Strong understanding of mobile app acquisition, AppsFlyer tracking, and post-install event optimization.
- Experience collaborating closely with creative and motion teams on ad concepts.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into strategic actions.
Nice to have
- Experience in iGaming.
- Familiarity with server-to-server (S2S) setups and campaign event tracking.
- Hands-on experience integrating Meta Pixel or TikTok Events API.
