Salary: $76,000–$90,250 CAD (Ontario base salary band).

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end paid social strategy across LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
  • Build, launch, and optimize full-funnel campaigns including audience segmentation, bidding, and creative testing.
  • Lead creative direction for paid social, partnering with Brand & Content to shape high-performing messaging.
  • Utilize AI tools to improve workflows, ideation, and targeting efficiency.
  • Monitor performance KPIs and deliver QBR-style insights to leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Integrated Campaigns, and Marketing Operations.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in paid social or digital advertising, preferably in B2B SaaS or AdTech.
  • Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads.
  • Strong understanding of attribution, UTM strategy, and CRM integrations (HubSpot preferred).
  • Ability to translate business objectives into high-performing campaign architectures.
  • Analytical rigor combined with creative intuition and strong communication skills.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

Nice to have

  • Experience with paid search platforms (Google Ads, Bing, YouTube).
  • Experience running Display, Native, CTV, or DOOH ads.
