What you will do

• Manage multi-channel PPC and Paid Social campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) to hit lead volume and CPA targets.
• Develop and scale performance marketing strategies specifically for the med spa segment.
• Optimize bidding strategies and budgets across various geographies to maximize ROI.
• Execute A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve performance.
• Analyze performance data using Google Analytics to provide actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Content, Creative, and Sales teams to optimize conversion assets and messaging.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation via paid media.
• Expert proficiency in Google Ads, YouTube, and Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Experience with platforms such as Reddit, Capterra, and StackAdapt.
• Strong skills in web analytics and attribution using Google Analytics.
• Must be based in Canada (Ontario/Toronto preferred).
