What you will do
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid UA campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and StackAdapt to drive mobile installs and deposits.
- Manage and scale 7-figure monthly budgets while ensuring strong ROAS, retention, and user LTV.
- Leverage AppsFlyer for event mapping, attribution, and cohort analysis.
- Lead creative strategy and A/B testing in collaboration with the art team to produce high-performing assets.
- Build and refine tracking and reporting frameworks for acquisition funnels.
- Monitor platform changes (SKAN, privacy updates) and proactively adapt acquisition strategies.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and user acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and StackAdapt.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize large-scale budgets (7 figures) with measurable impact.
- Deep expertise in bid strategy, audience segmentation, and conversion rate improvement.
- Strong understanding of mobile app acquisition and AppsFlyer tracking.
- Experience collaborating with creative and motion teams on ad iterations.
- Location: Must be based in Concord, ON for full-time in-office work.
Nice to have
- Experience in iGaming.
- Familiarity with server-to-server (S2S) setups and campaign event tracking.
- Hands-on experience integrating Meta Pixel or TikTok Events API.
