What you will do

• Independently manage significant performance marketing budgets across multiple channels to maximize growth.
• Strategize and execute mobile campaigns on platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, DSPs, and CTV.
• Design and execute A/B and multivariate testing to optimize campaign performance.
• Collaborate with product, data, and creative teams to drive full-view lifecycle marketing.
• Source and negotiate with new marketing partners to diversify the acquisition portfolio.
• Present results and strategic insights to leadership stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in media buying, user acquisition, or performance marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of funnel conversion metrics, retention, and LTV.
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to communicate effectively with data teams regarding architecture.
• Proven ability to communicate and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in Canada.
