Salary: $90,100 – $132,100

What you will do

• Lead complex cross-functional programs from initiation through execution to drive business objectives.
• Serve as Program Manager for strategic initiatives including NPI readiness, sustaining programs, and cost reduction efforts.
• Coordinate alignment between Supply Chain, Engineering, Product, Business Systems, and Customer Support.
• Develop and manage program plans, schedules, risk registries, and executive updates.
• Partner with internal teams and external Asia-based manufacturing partners to ensure operational readiness.
• Create tools, documentation, and operating mechanisms to improve team effectiveness and repeatability.

Requirements

• 6+ years of program or project management experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience leading the development and manufacturing of electronics, hardware, or high-volume consumer products.
• Strong skills in planning, risk management, dependency management, and executive communication.
• Proven ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse organizations.
• Experience working with manufacturing partners in Asia.
• Willingness to travel internationally 1-2 times per year.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with project management software such as Smartsheet, Monday, or Jira.
• Experience implementing business systems or operational transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with stage-gate product development processes.
• Experience with data analytics, KPI development, and operational reporting.
• PMP certification or equivalent training.
