Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 USD.

What you will do

• Coordinate packaging production jobs through detailed instructions and schedules.
• Communicate specifications for artwork to design firms, printers, and engravers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for On-Site Personnel, Sales, and internal production departments.
• Utilize order entry systems to manage and track packaging artwork projects.
• Facilitate jobs in the execution phase to ensure client production needs are met.
• Support junior project managers and adapt plans to maintain workflow continuity.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (excluding specific states listed in the location section).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or some college preferred.
• Strong communication skills for managing relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage complex production schedules and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience in project coordination or production environments.
