Salary: $105,000–$157,500

What you will do

• Challenge the triple constraint (scope, timing, budget) as a business partner to optimize overall business value.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the Product Development Manager to drive effective decision-making across cross-sectoral teams.
• Implement and improve project standards for planning, financial management, change control, and risk management.
• Facilitate progress reviews and key decision meetings, ensuring active follow-up on all agreements.
• Provide guidance on financial forecasting and proactively assist in regular budget management and reporting.
• Mentor other PMO Project Officers and lead cross-PMO improvement projects to grow team competencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Project Management, or Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience as a PMO expert or Project Manager in complex, multi-disciplinary environments.
• Proficiency with MS Project Online or similar project management tools.
• Proven ability to influence diverse stakeholders without hierarchical power.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined by US Export Administration Regulations.
• Must be based in San Jose, California for regular on-site presence.
