What you will do

• Manage and maintain customer relationships throughout the order cycle to meet their specific needs.
• Develop and maintain systems to track orders from entry to shipment to ensure timeliness.
• Coordinate between internal departments, Regional Sales Managers, and customers to achieve on-time delivery.
• Prepare order entry documentation and manage all associated correspondence.
• Lead engineering handoff meetings and manage the submittal and release process.
• Collaborate with quotations and sales teams to manage and process change orders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a Project Management or similar position.
• Proficiency in communication, technical capability, and customer-focused problem solving.
• Must be able to work from the Fremont, CA office.
