What you will do

• Define and execute a multi-year endpoint strategy aligned with cloud-native architecture.
• Lead the transition from legacy systems to Intune-first management for Windows, macOS, and mobile.
• Implement Zero Trust capabilities, including device compliance and conditional access.
• Drive automation-first practices through scripting and event-driven workflows.
• Mentor and grow a team of 2–5 endpoint engineers.
• Partner with Security, Identity, and IT teams to integrate endpoint posture with access controls.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience leading endpoint or workplace technology teams in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.
• Deep understanding of identity platforms like Okta and Entra ID.
• Proficiency in automation and scripting using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Experience operating in ambiguous, transforming technical environments.
