What you will do

• Collaborate with PMs, designers, and engineers to define research objectives and methodologies.
• Implement qualitative and quantitative research plans to generate concrete product insights.
• Conduct discovery (interviews, surveys), tactical usability studies, and evaluative research.
• Design moderated and un-moderated usability tests on prototypes and finished digital experiences.
• Present synthesized findings to partners to drive product improvements.
• Document user behavior and track takeaways for future projects.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York, NY for a hybrid work arrangement.
• 2+ years of experience in User Research and Testing.
• Expertise in usability testing and various primary research methods.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize research data into concise reports.
• Degree in Human/Computer Interaction, Human Factors Engineering, Psychology, or equivalent experience.
