Salary: $60,000 – $65,000

What you will do

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients from kick-off to successful adoption.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to identify client business needs, workflows, and goals.
  • Develop and deliver tailored onboarding plans, including system configuration and user training.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues during the implementation phase.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive onboarding documentation and training materials.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States and eligible to work without sponsorship.
  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as onboarding, implementation, or technical consulting, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging generative AI tools to improve productivity and customer outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of software implementation methodologies and best practices.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and project management tools like Salesforce and Monday.com.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
