What you will do
- Develop and execute account plans to ensure customers achieve their objectives using the platform.
- Guide the resolution of critical customer incidents by partnering with Product and Engineering teams.
- Lead technical success plans to ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience.
- Drive internal service review meetings focused on performance, quality, and process improvements.
- Provide subject matter expertise and best practices to customers regarding platform usage.
- Ensure future demand and project growth are factored into capacity planning for customers.
Requirements
- Certified Administrator (RCA) certification required.
- Prior professional experience with the platform is mandatory.
- 7+ years of experience in a technical role directly supporting customers.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience working in SaaS, IaaS, or hybrid environments.
Nice to have
- ITIL Certification.
- Expert or Master certification.
- Deep knowledge of the e-discovery industry.
