What you will do
- Maintain strong relationships with account personnel and penetrate account requirements at all levels.
- Build brand sales volume via new product launches, existing business, and high-impact merchandising (including planogram space and secondary displays).
- Develop and execute annual promotional calendars and joint business planning; review monthly and quarterly.
- Analyze program effectiveness using POS, Nielsen data, and sales trends; implement strategies to capture growth opportunities.
- Prepare detailed business reviews, forecasts, and presentations using data storytelling.
- Manage customer PNL (trade spend rates and total dollar spend) to drive account growth and profitability; coordinate information flow to field reps.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in customer relationship management and business development with national accounts.
- Proven track record of exceeding goals and developing accounts; results-driven.
- Strong analytical skills; proficient in MS Excel and AC Nielsen.
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills; advanced in MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Category Management experience is an asset, specifically with Walmart.
