Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Burlington, Ontario for a hybrid work arrangement (2 days in-office, 3 days remote).
Salary: $106,000–$120,000 CAD annually, plus commission.

What you will do
- Develop and execute national sales strategies for Radiant, WaterPex, Hydronics, and Dormont product lines.
- Manage strategic account relationships with key wholesale distribution customers.
- Lead sales initiatives with agents, engineers, and contractors to drive market penetration.
- Oversee daily and long-range sales activities, including pricing, proposals, and channel conflict management.
- Facilitate technical training sessions and webinars for industry partners.
- Collaborate with internal departments like logistics and product management to improve forecast accuracy and margins.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive sales experience.
- Strong understanding of the plumbing wholesale channel and contractor market.
- Ability to travel up to 50% for customer engagement and industry events.
- Proven business development skills and professional communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
