Salary: $96,300.00 - $146,150.00 CAD + Commission

What you will do

  • Manage 4-8 of the largest global tax and accounting customers in North America to drive retention and new business.
  • Formulate and execute comprehensive global sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market penetration.
  • Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with senior executives to align software solutions with their business goals.
  • Facilitate strategic account planning sessions with client and internal stakeholders.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiate complex contracts to ensure profitability and ROI.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer success teams.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Canada (remote home office).
  • 7+ years of sales experience, specifically focused on tax, accounting, or related professional solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets within a global market.
  • Deep understanding of financial regulations, tax compliance, and accounting practices.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.

Nice to have

  • MBA degree.
  • Experience working in international markets with strong awareness of cultural nuances.
