What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Sales and Customer Success regarding deal structure, pricing, and packaging.
  • Advise on term lengths and discounting while ensuring accurate margin and cost analysis.
  • Manage non-standard pricing requests and route exceptions through established approval guardrails.
  • Partner with Finance and Accounting to ensure clean revenue recognition and risk mitigation.
  • Improve quoting systems and contract generation workflows to reduce manual, spreadsheet-driven processes.
  • Surface insights on discounting trends, deal velocity, and economics to inform broader pricing strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in deal desk operations or quoting strategy within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Strong command of SaaS deal structuring, discounting strategies, and margin analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and CPQ tooling, specifically DealHub.
  • Analytical proficiency in modeling deal economics, renewal scenarios, and co-terming.
  • Ability to communicate complex deal structures clearly to diverse stakeholders including Sales, Finance, and Legal.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
  • Experience with ARR, NRR, and GRR retention concepts.
