What you will do

  • Support the Healthcare Corporate Accounts Team by working with sales, customers, engineering, and technical marketing on ongoing water management plans.
  • Provide technical support in customer WMP meetings, including remediation recommendations and operational changes to support patient safety.
  • Audit existing plans to confirm service expectations are being met.
  • Consult customers on appropriate water treatment and maintenance practices to minimize risks from Legionella and other waterborne pathogens.
  • Collaborate with technical marketing and engineering to improve processes, documentation, and collateral.
  • Handle additional projects and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be based anywhere in the US.
  • Familiarity with premise plumbing systems for both potable and non-potable water.
  • Experience in water safety/water hygiene with a focus on Legionella management in water systems.
  • Experience with the online platform LAMPS by HC Info.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to survey facilities, take detailed notes, produce reports, and speak comfortably in training/education seminars.
