Location: Must be based in Ireland, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, UK, or Poland (Hybrid or Remote options available).

What you will do
- Drive rapid revenue growth within strategic accounts across the EMEA region.
- Design and execute account-based sales campaigns and outcome-focused live sessions.
- Collaborate with marketing and solution engineering teams to create targeted sales initiatives.
- Conduct high-level business meetings with C-level executives, VPs, and Directors.
- Deliver technical demonstrations, webinars, and product showcases to articulate value propositions.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts within Salesforce.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of practical experience in water engineering (supply, wastewater, stormwater, or hydraulic infrastructure).
- At least 4 years of experience in technical sales, consulting, or solution engineering within the EMEA region.
- Expertise in hydraulic and water network modeling (e.g., OpenFlows, Water/SewerGEMS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Deep understanding of water infrastructure project lifecycles and regional regulatory standards (ISO, EN, UKWIR).
