What you will do

• Lead holistic positioning and value proposition development for the IT Systems, Infrastructure Solutions, and Services business units.
• Develop comprehensive product launch and program plans for new and existing solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert on marketing content, messaging, and sales enablement tools.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to deliver marketing objectives and drive pipeline creation.
• Present portfolio marketing initiatives and outcomes to executive leadership.
• Lead and develop a team of product marketing professionals to ensure world-class execution.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in product marketing, engineering, or product management in the B2B space.
• At least 5 years of experience in a people leadership role.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Experience in Data Center, IT, or Digital Infrastructure ecosystems.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior executives.
• Ability to work onsite at the Global Headquarters in Westerville, Ohio.
