What you will do
- Lead global GTM strategy, including market analysis, pricing, positioning, pipeline management, and outbound marketing.
- Partner with global sales to drive adoption, build trusted customer relationships, and influence executive decision-making.
- Shape global revenue growth strategies for high-value customers and mass-market opportunities.
- Develop and align product messaging and value propositions across web, press, events, partners, and social channels.
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners (SIs, VMS providers, ODMs, and software partners) to build complete customer solutions.
- Recruit, mentor, and coach a team of senior managers; ensure customer insights and market intelligence feed into product roadmaps.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive experience in technology product marketing or sales, focused on major global accounts.
- Proven leadership as a pace-setter, mentor, and team builder.
- Exceptional communication skills to simplify complex concepts for customers, partners, and executive management.
- Expertise in PowerPoint and Excel, including creating executive-level presentations.
- Experience managing and optimizing marketing budgets.
- Background in AI, semiconductors, or system solutions; deep understanding of the end-to-end ecosystem from silicon to customer deployment.
