Senior Director, Strategic Planning (Marketing): Leading the end-to-end strategic media planning capability for complex client accounts with an accent on integrated, full-funnel media strategies and data-driven insights. Location: Must be based in the USA. Role is 100% remote, but requires ability to travel to onsite meetings 1-2 times a month.
Salary: $150,000–$165,000 + 10% performance bonus.

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end strategic planning for key clients, ensuring seamless integration across all media channels.
- Orchestrate the development of full-funnel media plans that align with client business strategies and KPIs.
- Serve as a primary educator on media fundamentals for both internal teams and client executives.
- Partner with Client Partners to identify and capture media-driven growth opportunities.
- Oversee the roadmap and development of the agency's proprietary planning tool suite.
- Consult on media mix and audience development to drive profitable growth for retail and ecommerce brands.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in media strategy and planning.
- Must be based in the USA with the ability to travel for onsite meetings 1-2 times per month.
- Proven experience in omnichannel media planning across the full marketing funnel.
- Expert knowledge of the media landscape and experience working with major retail, eCommerce, or CPG brands.
- Strong proficiency with 3rd party planning and research tools (e.g., Kantar, SimilarWeb, Pathmatics).
- Exceptional executive-level communication and presentation skills.
