Implementation Lead (Fintech)

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for new clients within CAIP and BPO environments.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, operations, technology, and product teams.
• Gather and document business requirements, process flows, and service level expectations.
• Coordinate UAT, parallel testing, and operational readiness assessments prior to go-live.
• Manage project plans, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to standardize documentation and improve service delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Operations required.
• 5+ years of experience in client implementation, transitions, or asset servicing within financial services.
• Strong working knowledge of corporate actions and dividend processing lifecycles.
• Proven experience in BPO, outsourcing, or shared services operating models.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with CAIP platform or similar asset servicing systems.
• Knowledge of global markets, income events, and tax considerations.
• Familiarity with process migration frameworks and operational readiness models.
