TL;DR
Implementation Lead (Fintech): Managing end-to-end client onboarding and transition projects for corporate action and dividend processing services with an accent on operational readiness and stakeholder coordination. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Newark, NJ (Hybrid)
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for new clients within CAIP and BPO environments.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, operations, technology, and product teams.
- Gather and document business requirements, process flows, and service level expectations.
- Coordinate UAT, parallel testing, and operational readiness assessments prior to go-live.
- Manage project plans, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities to standardize documentation and improve service delivery efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Operations required.
- 5+ years of experience in client implementation, transitions, or asset servicing within financial services.
- Strong working knowledge of corporate actions and dividend processing lifecycles.
- Proven experience in BPO, outsourcing, or shared services operating models.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with CAIP platform or similar asset servicing systems.
- Knowledge of global markets, income events, and tax considerations.
- Familiarity with process migration frameworks and operational readiness models.
