Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives across a portfolio of university partners, focusing on program ownership rather than simple coordination.
- Translate partner goals into actionable initiatives with defined scope, sequenced milestones, dependencies, and clear exit criteria.
- Manage a portfolio of simultaneous partner implementations, tracking overall program health and assessing ripple effects of shifts in scope.
- Develop deep platform fluency to act as a credible partner and advisor during implementation conversations.
- Own project health communications for all stakeholders, from campus project managers to executive sponsors.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Product Delivery Leads and internal stakeholders to manage risks, resourcing, and accountability.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proven experience leading high-stakes, customer-facing programs within a B2B SaaS environment, ideally with large, complex institutions.
- Ability to scope ambiguity into structure and define success metrics before product delivery begins.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams with a systematic approach to tracking health and priority.
- Comfort with data troubleshooting (e.g., CSVs) and explaining discrepancies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar.
