What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for large ISV customers, managing the full lifecycle from project scoping to contract execution.
- Coordinate effectively between internal Professional Services, implementation partners, and legal/finance departments.
- Prepare and manage SOW/PSA documentation to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide detailed weekly status reports to ISV customers regarding implementation and scoping progress.
- Collaborate with the license team to ensure accurate delivery of modules and user licenses.
- Support Partner Managers in driving growth and identifying net new booking opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in delivery management, professional services, or alliance operations within enterprise SaaS or Fintech.
- Proven track record of managing complex engagements involving ISV partners and system integrators.
- Strong working knowledge of SOW/PSA and contract processes.
- Proficiency in project management reporting and CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical delivery teams and executive stakeholders.
- Familiarity with treasury management, payments, or enterprise finance technology platforms like Workday.
