Salary: $113,000 - $141,000 USD

What you will do

• Build, mentor, and scale a team of verification specialists for enterprise mortgage customers.
• Act as a product expert and represent the service delivery team to external customers.
• Manage the customer feedback loop and translate needs into impactful operational solutions.
• Develop robust frameworks and training programs for quality protocols and workflows.
• Drive product and operational improvements in collaboration with Engineering and Product teams.
• Partner with executive leadership on operational initiatives and company-level goals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of management experience in operations or production.
• 5+ years of experience in a people management role.
• 2+ years of experience leading projects or peers.
• Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work from the Nashville, TN office 3+ days a week.
