TL;DR

Client Delivery Lead (B2B Tech): Driving the execution of campaigns and product deliveries post-sale with an accent on operational excellence and client relationship management. Focus on optimizing delivery workflows, overseeing global account integrations, and ensuring the achievement of client KPIs.

Location: Hybrid in Newton, MA, USA (minimum 3 days in-person)

Salary: $75,000–$85,000

What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive delivery strategies for campaigns and product deliveries.
  • Act as the primary tactical expert and trusted advisor for portfolio clients, ensuring needs are met with precision.
  • Monitor delivery progress and implement operational efficiencies to streamline workflows within the POD.
  • Oversee the collection of deliverables and manage the launch of campaigns and product deliveries.
  • Partner with Sales to align on account strategies and empower the delivery team to drive client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing delivery processes, preferably in media or delivery product industries.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills to develop high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills for engaging with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • B.A. or B.S. degree.
  • Experience in sales and client management within the advertising and agency marketplace.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Newton, MA office.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with campaign monitoring tools and reporting systems.
