What you will do

• Lead holistic positioning and value proposition development for the Thermal Management product portfolio.
• Develop comprehensive product launch and program plans for new and existing solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert for marketing content, media, and external communications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales enablement materials and tools.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to shape positioning strategies.
• Lead and develop a team of product marketing professionals to ensure world-class execution.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in product marketing, engineering, or product management in the B2B space.
• At least 5 years of experience in a people leadership role.
• Industry experience in Data Center, IT, or Digital Infrastructure.
• Technical aptitude with knowledge of Thermal Management products (liquid cooling, thermal controls, etc.).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to work onsite in Westerville, Ohio.
