What you will do
- Develop category growth outcomes, TAM/SAM assessments, and competitive analysis using Voice of Customer (VOC) synthesis.
- Translate market insights into prioritized customer segment plans and go-to-market (GTM) priorities.
- Own customer segment-level value propositions, messaging, and commercial claims in collaboration with GM, Sales, and Engineering.
- Execute GTM plans, including the creation of sales playbooks and enablement tools to improve sales effectiveness.
- Lead the content strategy and trade show execution, including event selection and booth alignment.
- Partner with Sales and Product Line Ownership to identify and resolve gaps in pricing, packaging, or positioning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering (MBA preferred).
- 8-10 years of experience in B2B strategic, product, or category marketing, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to translate segment insights into effective positioning and GTM execution.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Legal, and Revenue Operations.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing technologies, specifically SFDC.
- Work authorization and presence in Golden Valley, MN.
