What you will do

• Manage end-to-end U.S. immigration processes including H-1B, L-1, O-1, and TN visas.
• Design and implement global mobility and relocation policies for international transfers.
• Build internal mobility frameworks, including job postings and transparent movement processes.
• Develop career pathing and leveling frameworks in partnership with People leadership.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and Talent Acquisition to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
• Support talent reviews, succession planning, and retention strategies for high-performing employees.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in immigration, global mobility, or talent management.
• Strong expertise in U.S. immigration processes and compliance.
• Proven ability to build programs from scratch in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and business leadership.
• Operational mindset with high attention to detail and risk management.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in New York City.
