• Lead the enterprise rollout and adoption of AI-powered learning platforms like Sana and Talent Hub.
• Partner with Talent Management leads to integrate new platforms into daily workflows for a frictionless experience.
• Facilitate leadership and team development programs both virtually and in-person.
• Design and build transformative learning experiences, including workshops and digital resources.
• Manage critical talent initiatives from concept to launch with a focus on flawless execution.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or a related field.
• Strong tech curiosity with a track record as an AI champion and adopter.
• Proven ability to engage audiences and make complex topics accessible through facilitation.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Builder's mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
