What you will do

• Manage P&L for TCG game lines within the vertical, with support from the VP, Trading Card Games.
• Approve vertical-level product budgets and plans; assess product life cycles, performance, and sales strategies.
• Ensure IP integrity across game lines and align product line priorities with marketing.
• Build and lead a leadership team: develop, coach, and mentor product line managers, producers, and creative leads.
• Collaborate with the VP, TCG to create three-year product plans and define key success metrics per product line.
• Lead risk assessment and process improvement; implement KPIs and report quarterly to the VP, TCG.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing people and leading teams.
• 5+ years of experience managing P&Ls and operating budgets for game products.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with hard deadlines and diverse work styles.
• Strong analytical skills for decision-making and proactive issue/roadblock resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
