What you will do

• Execute the Live Ops strategy and roadmap for an RPG product, including offers, storefronts, and events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Product, Analytics, and Art to ensure high-quality content delivery.
• Measure event performance against sales, features, and market trends to evaluate success.
• Provide front-line support in diagnosing and resolving data-side live issues.
• Perform competitor analysis and stay updated on industry benchmarks and emerging practices.
• Suggest improvements to tools and processes to increase Live Ops efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering data-side content updates on market-leading products, preferably in RPG or collection RPG genres.
• Experience with A/B testing initiatives to maximize feature KPIs.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and spreadsheets, with familiarity in analytics and Live Ops tooling.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to support Live Operations needs, including occasional weekend or after-hours coverage.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
