Salary: $200,000–$300,000

What you will do
- Take full P&L ownership of the consumer games business, including revenue strategy and marketing.
- Define the portfolio strategy, including building, licensing, and retiring titles across first and third-party platforms.
- Drive the product roadmap for .com, focusing on engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Lead expansion into new distribution channels such as mobile apps and social platforms.
- Shape inorganic growth through studio partnerships, IP deals, and catalog acquisitions.
- Lead and mentor director-level talent across games, platform, creative, and analytics departments.
Requirements
- Must have VP/GM/Head of Studio experience with direct P&L ownership in consumer games.
- Proven track record of shipping quality games that drive revenue and retention.
- Deep expertise in ad-monetized models and consumer-facing web platforms.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across design, product, and analytics.
- Strong strategic conviction regarding game quality and player-first decision making.
Nice to have
- Experience with web casual games, particularly for 35+ audiences.
- Background in platform expansion (mobile, social, new distribution).
- Comfort building for players who prioritize craft and quality.
