Salary: $125,800 - $187,000 USD

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end feature development pipeline, transforming product strategy into a clear annual roadmap.
• Drive delivery across multiple cross-functional pods, coordinating between Product, Design, UX, UI, Engineering, and QA.
• Manage stakeholders to ensure alignment on outcomes and decisions, preventing late-stage pivots.
• Continuously improve the feature development pipeline to reduce rework and increase delivery predictability.
• Coach and manage feature producers to raise the standards of planning and execution.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Game Production.
• 2+ years of experience using Agile development methodologies.
• 2+ years of experience in cross-functional feature delivery from pre-production through live release.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping gameplay features in F2P mobile or live service games.
• Familiarity with validation loops, including prototypes, playtests, and A/B tests.
• Experience bridging feature teams with Live Ops for ongoing operability.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, AirTable, and Miro.
