What you will do

• Lead a team of producers to create robust production plans and execute against them while adjusting to changing project needs.
• Translate overall project goals into area-level planning and decisions.
• Collaborate with other discipline leads to mitigate risks and keep the area on a path toward ship.
• Manage and mentor producers: define near-term goals, support career growth, and run leadership rituals (scheduling, tracking risks, etc.).
• Establish and iterate production pipelines and processes to improve collaboration, transparency, and velocity.
• Align production plans across areas with the Executive Producer and other producers; assist with production budgets (headcount and development budget).

Requirements

• Proven internal game development experience in a production leadership role, including producing creative teams.
• Strong communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated servant leadership, empathy, and social intelligence for working with creative teams.
• Experience applying agile ways of working in production.
• Comfort leading through ambiguity and effectively managing under pressure.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Excel, Confluence (or equivalent production tools), plus experience with games as a service.

Nice to have

• Experience producing a new IP from preproduction through ship and sustain.
• Experience producing teams creating social games and modes.
