What you will do

• Lead a team of producers to create production plans and execute against them, adjusting plans as project needs change.
• Translate overall project goals into planning and decisions for areas of ownership.
• Collaborate with discipline leads to mitigate risks and keep teams on a path toward ship.
• Manage and mentor producers: define near-term goals, support career growth, and run leadership rituals (scheduling, tracking risks, etc.).
• Establish and iterate on production pipelines and processes to improve collaboration, transparency, and velocity.
• Assist the Executive Producer with production budgets, including staff headcount and development budget.

Requirements

• Proven internal game development experience in a production leadership role, including experience producing creative teams.
• Strong communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail; social intelligence and empathy for creative teams.
• Understanding of agile ways of working with a proven track record applying agile concepts and practices.
• Ability to lead effectively under ambiguity and pressure while staying results-oriented.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Excel, Confluence (or equivalent production tools).
• Experience working on a live game (games as a service).

Nice to have

• Experience producing a new IP from preproduction through ship and sustain.
• Experience producing teams creating social games and modes.
