Salary: $90,000–$115,000

What you will do

• Own the full launch roadmap for subscription-focused partnerships and platform integrations.
• Conduct performance audits and maintain executive dashboards to track partnership impact on DTC goals.
• Act as the central traffic control between external partners and internal product, engineering, and growth teams.
• Translate complex distribution and technical requirements into actionable project sprints.
• Identify opportunities to leverage partner capabilities to improve the premium subscriber experience.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting operational and technical partner issues.

Requirements

• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• 4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategy roles.
• Strong understanding of the subscription funnel, including churn, LTV, and ARPU metrics.
• Exceptional organizational skills with proficiency in project management tools like Jira or Airtable.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong presentation and deck-building skills.
