B2B Digital Product Owner (Fintech): Leading the development and implementation of new features for digital merchant and provider channels with an accent on feature development cycles, stakeholder management, and Agile methodologies. Focus on managing the team backlog, coordinating UAT, and translating market intelligence into detailed product requirements.
Location: Hybrid (Alpharetta, GA). Must be based in the US and able to commute to the nearest Hub for in-person activities.
Salary: $90,000 - $155,000 USD Annual

What you will do
- Lead the full feature development cycle from build and test to launch and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with Product Management, TechOps, Legal, Compliance, and Credit stakeholders to prioritize product features.
- Manage and prioritize the team backlog and define story acceptance criteria using Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure sign-off from Business and Legal teams.
- Partner with UX/UI designers to create prototypes and wireframes for optimized performance.
- Gather market intelligence and user voice-of-customer (VOC) to develop detailed product requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of project management experience.
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in Digital or Marketing disciplines.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no sponsorship provided.
- Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.
- Experience working in a matrixed environment with technical development teams.
Nice to have
- 2+ years of experience managing B2B digital products or platforms.
- Agile Product Owner (CSPO) or Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
- Consumer finance or retail marketing experience with knowledge of core financial drivers.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills for influencing leadership.
