Location: Hybrid (Alpharetta, GA). Must be based in the US and able to commute to the nearest Hub for in-person activities.

Salary: $90,000 - $155,000 USD Annual

What you will do

• Lead the full feature development cycle from build and test to launch and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with Product Management, TechOps, Legal, Compliance, and Credit stakeholders to prioritize product features.
• Manage and prioritize the team backlog and define story acceptance criteria using Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure sign-off from Business and Legal teams.
• Partner with UX/UI designers to create prototypes and wireframes for optimized performance.
• Gather market intelligence and user voice-of-customer (VOC) to develop detailed product requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of project management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in Digital or Marketing disciplines.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no sponsorship provided.
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.
• Experience working in a matrixed environment with technical development teams.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience managing B2B digital products or platforms.
• Agile Product Owner (CSPO) or Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Consumer finance or retail marketing experience with knowledge of core financial drivers.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills for influencing leadership.
