Salary: $115,000 - $125,000

What you will do

• Define product vision and translate market needs into detailed requirements for the DLR platform.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of product features from conceptualization through to launch.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritizing based on strategic value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and service delivery teams to accelerate the product roadmap.
• Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies effectively to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Perform data mapping and review technical design documents to ensure high-quality, scalable delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to New York, NY or Newark, NJ
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 6+ years of experience in product management, sales, or operations within the financial services industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proven track record of managing system-level requirements and technical design reviews.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing presentations.

• Knowledge of capital markets settlement infrastructure and financing processes.
• Experience with distributed ledger technology, blockchain, or digital/crypto assets.
