Salary: $60,000–$70,000 + commission (based on experience)

What you will do
- Generate leads via cold calls and email campaigns, and qualify inbound leads from marketing, website inquiries, and trade shows.
- Research business opportunities and schedule discovery meetings.
- Maintain accurate lead and client data in Salesforce CRM, including tracking interactions, opportunities, and forecasts.
- Update and manage prospect contact information, create targeted prospect lists, and report lead performance metrics.
- Support sales managers with research and proposals; follow up on payments and resolve issues with Finance.
- Nurture early-stage prospects, run introductory calls, qualify opportunities, and transition leads to sales reps with follow-up schedules.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent working experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional phone presence.
- Comfortable with cold calling and email outreach; self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
- Ability to work in-person at the office or with customers/partners at least three days per week.
