Salary: $45,000–$55,000 base + uncapped commission.

What you will do
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and social outreach.
- Convert inbound leads into qualified opportunities for the sales team.
- Book meetings for Account Executives and manage follow-up sequences.
- Research target accounts and tailor pitches to specific industries and buyer personas.
- Master and utilize a modern tech stack including Salesforce, SalesLoft, and ZoomInfo.
- Meet and exceed activity, meeting, and revenue pipeline targets.
Requirements
- Must be based in the contiguous United States.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Strong cold calling skills and comfort in a quota-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills across speaking, listening, and writing.
- Ability to pick up new technologies and optimize workflows with software tools.
- Competitive, coachable, and resilient mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-powered tools and automation.
- Prior experience with sales automation tools like Gong or Outreach.
