TL;DR

Business Development Representative (BDR) (AI): Driving new business growth and expanding the enterprise pipeline for AI-driven communication solutions with an accent on lead qualification and outbound outreach. Focus on identifying high-value prospects, booking meetings for Account Executives, and mastering AI-powered sales tools to accelerate revenue.

Location: Must be based in the contiguous United States. Hybrid option available for local employees in the Miami metro area.

Salary: $45,000–$55,000 base + uncapped commission.

What you will do

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and social outreach.
  • Convert inbound leads into qualified opportunities for the sales team.
  • Book meetings for Account Executives and manage follow-up sequences.
  • Research target accounts and tailor pitches to specific industries and buyer personas.
  • Master and utilize a modern tech stack including Salesforce, SalesLoft, and ZoomInfo.
  • Meet and exceed activity, meeting, and revenue pipeline targets.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the contiguous United States.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong cold calling skills and comfort in a quota-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication skills across speaking, listening, and writing.
  • Ability to pick up new technologies and optimize workflows with software tools.
  • Competitive, coachable, and resilient mindset.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI-powered tools and automation.
  • Prior experience with sales automation tools like Gong or Outreach.
