What you will do
- Set and achieve annual sales goals for IT services in North America.
- Identify and convert new prospects into long-term customers.
- Engage with senior client stakeholders to determine pursuit strategies and messaging.
- Collaborate with presales and technical teams to develop customized proposals and participate in RFPs.
- Maintain deep knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of proven sales experience in a product/platform company or IT consulting firm.
- Strong existing connections to C-Level customers.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving progressively higher sales quotas.
- Deep understanding of IT services and digital transformation strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
