What you will do

  • Set and achieve annual sales goals for IT services in North America.
  • Identify and convert new prospects into long-term customers.
  • Engage with senior client stakeholders to determine pursuit strategies and messaging.
  • Collaborate with presales and technical teams to develop customized proposals and participate in RFPs.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of proven sales experience in a product/platform company or IT consulting firm.
  • Strong existing connections to C-Level customers.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving progressively higher sales quotas.
  • Deep understanding of IT services and digital transformation strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
