What you will do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the EU market.
- Expand existing client relationships through strategic upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification and strategy development to deal closure.
- Conduct discovery calls, high-impact presentations, and negotiations with potential clients.
- Collaborate with marketing, presales, and delivery teams to convert leads into opportunities.
- Maintain and report the sales pipeline using CRM systems like HubSpot and Salesforce.
Requirements
- 3–7+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- Proven track record of selling IT services, software development, or technology solutions.
- Experience working with international clients and managing existing portfolios.
- Strong knowledge of modern sales methodologies and pipeline management.
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- English: C1 or higher required.
Nice to have
- Experience with sales automation and AI-assisted tools.
- Proficiency in additional languages such as German, French, Spanish, or Polish.
