Location: Remotely based in the US Northeast Region (willingness to travel up to 20%)

What you will do
- Lead Managed Services sales opportunities and identify client needs to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand client pain points and build tailored service solutions.
- Develop proposals, scopes of work, pricing models, and ROI-based business cases.
- Provide technical training and enablement to internal sales teams to position Managed Services effectively.
- Collaborate with architects, operations, and service delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are viable.
- Relay client insights to product and operations teams to improve service offerings.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US Northeast Region.
- 6+ years of experience in technical presales, sales engineering, or solutions consulting, preferably in Managed Services or IT Services.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work/military experience.
- Proven ability to translate customer needs into viable service solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce, quoting platforms, and proposal software.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
Nice to have
- Understanding of ITIL, service delivery models, or MSP operations.
