What you will do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by acquiring new clients in the IT sector.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term collaboration.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored IT services, including providing technical profiles for projects.
• Collaborate with Sales, Recruitment, Delivery, and Marketing teams to align expertise with client demands.
• Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, and bids.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and maintain accurate data in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Strong interest in the IT and digital services sector.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
• Knowledge of the Luxembourg private IT market is a strong plus.
