TL;DR

Manager, Brand Marketing (Sports): Supporting the planning, development, and execution of multi-platform marketing campaigns for sports and entertainment properties with an accent on cross-functional coordination and project management. Focus on maintaining brand consistency, managing campaign timelines, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to drive promotional activations.

Location: Must be based in the US and able to work hybrid (minimum 3 days/week) in New York or Stamford, CT.

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 yearly

What you will do

  • Support the development and execution of brand strategies for key sports properties.
  • Manage day-to-day marketing campaign planning across internal verticals and external partners.
  • Ensure brand consistency across linear, streaming, digital, and social deliverables.
  • Act as a liaison to sports partnerships and maintain regular correspondence with leagues.
  • Manage project timelines, asset trackers, and cross-functional workflows.
  • Maintain marketing budgets, vendor invoices, and campaign documentation.

Requirements

  • Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of brand marketing or related experience in sports, media, or entertainment.
  • Hands-on experience supporting multi-platform marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Must be willing to work hybrid (3 days/week) in New York or Stamford, CT.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with media and promotional agencies.
  • Basic understanding of media planning.
  • Experience supporting sales or client-facing teams.
  • Ability to craft strategies based on analytics.
