What you will do
- Devise integrated marketing plans for federal agencies, incorporating pain points, procurement, compliance, and capture strategy.
- Collaborate on branding, awareness, and thought-leadership campaigns aligned with federal priorities.
- Manage multi-channel campaigns including events, briefings, trade shows, webinars, email, paid media, and sponsorships to generate demand.
- Work with sales, product, government affairs, and partners to unify messaging and maximize asset reuse.
- Analyze market data, monitor performance, optimize tactics, and report ROI to leadership.
- Influence stakeholders on federal market insights and adapt strategies to evolving regulations.
- Create and publish federal-focused content across channels to support launches and messaging.
- Meet pipeline targets using account-based marketing and tailored demand-generation tactics.
Requirements
- 5+ years proven experience in federal marketing, public sector campaigns, or B2G marketing, including campaign metrics ownership.
- Strong understanding of federal procurement, compliance, agency missions, and compliant strategies.
- Excellent communication, project management, and data analysis skills for end-to-end campaign management.
- Ability to develop creative campaign concepts and influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- US Citizenship required.
