What you will do

• Lead and develop the production equipment technical support team to maximize productivity and quality.
• Monitor production workflows and ensure timely equipment repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Analyze system reports and KPIs to make data-driven adjustments to scheduling, staffing, and procedures.
• Manage parts inventory levels and costs to ensure operational efficiency.
• Facilitate training and certification processes for machine operators and technical staff.
• Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to support equipment maintenance and technical skill development.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in production operations or manufacturing, preferably in a management capacity.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop associates and lead teams.
• Strong analytical skills with experience managing budgets and data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
